In-corporate needed a simple and stylish web presence to showcase their capabilities and successes in the areas of Recruitment and Employee Engagement. As a startup, it was important to convey the core services of the business as plainly as possible and use video to assist and strengthen the message.

Video is a prominent piece in the In-Corporate repertoire and it was decided to lead with it. The idea was to focus on case-studies and provide examples of where In-Corporate would be able to add value to a specific recruitment drive.

Another strength of In-Corporate is their approach to using the online space as a tool in their recruitment and employee engagement strategies. We showcased examples of their work as prominently as possibly. Desyna also had the pleasure of branding one of their initiatives; the Make It Fly campaign with Air New Zealand.

We were able to incorporate a distinctive and custom video player conveying the company's unique approach with their video productions. We kept the user interface as simple as possibly and integrated elements of the In-Corporate brand such as color, look and feel.
